Covet was commissioned to change the existing floor plan which involved moving the kitchen. A new kitchen layout was drawn up for the apartment as well as interior design concepts with suggestions for materials, lighting and furniture. Covet was also responsible for the construction tender process, purchase of furniture and project management.
